MArCd init-script doesnot support options in /etc/defaults/marcd

Need to be able to at least set

• --iface
• --listen

marcd registers --listen argument (if coming from commandline). But not from script.
Relay can listen to all IF/IP, but should tell where MARC is, only ONE IP....

I cannot identify where "[ MArCd ] Listens to 0.0.0.0:1600 comes from. The only line that matches now has 'relay' after the port...
