The goal of the Editorial Workflow Project is to build a scalable, streamlined editorial system that will reduce errors, highlight and eliminate weak applications earlier in the workflow, and significantly increase the editorial team’s productivity. The project is specifically driven by the need to enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), add Triage and Quality processes into the editorial workflow, minimize workflow inefficiency by eliminating repetitive tasks, and reduce the average time-to-decision.
The project launched in Q1 2026. We will release a new Module for triaging publisher Applications in Q3 2026. Work on redesigning the Editorial System will continue through the 2026-28 Strategy period.
