Can CellNavi applied to mouse？

Hi!
This is a very promising tool. I wonder if this software can be applied to mouse? I see that all your pretrain models are based on human. Do you have a pre-trained mouse model?

Hi, thanks for your interest in CellNavi!

We don’t currently provide a pretrained model on mouse data. However, the representations learned by the model on human data should be at least partially transferable to mouse, so you may still obtain reasonable performance by fine-tuning on your mouse dataset.
