Not compatible with portable VSCode

Portable VSCode doesn't add anything into PATH.
Even when PATH updated with path to the VSCode directory, running vscode-backupvscode-backup fails with:

Error: ENOENT: no such file or directory, open 'C:\Users\dev\AppData\Roaming\Code\User\plugins'

portable VSCode doesn't use %AppData% directory.
