This is an app that isn't even important—what makes you think I'm going to install pip without a virtual environment? Do you seriously think your app is that important? ps1 with pip with env OMG

For Windows you can create a Virtual Env your own:

1. Create a standard Windows Virtual Environment
   Because this is standard Windows, you don't need any special flags:

python -m venv venv

2. Activate the environment

venv\Scripts\activate

(Your prompt should now start with (venv)).

3. Install the requirements
   Double-check that PyGObject is still commented out (with a #) in your requirements.txt. Then run:

pip install -r requirements.txt

Because you are using standard Windows Python, pip will successfully find and download the massive PyTorch CUDA wheels and all other standard dependencies.

4. Run the application
   Once everything finishes downloading, you can launch the GUI normally:

python remwmgui.py

pywebview will automatically detect Windows and launch the interface using the native Windows WebView2 engine.
