[Bug]: Entra Authentication standard deploying for FIDO2 in 2 Tenants. The standard in CIPP passes but in the actual tenant the settings do not reflect the same.

Required confirmations before submitting

• I can reproduce this issue on the latest released versions of both CIPP and CIPP-API.
• I have searched existing issues (both open and closed) to avoid duplicates.
• I am not requesting general support; this is an actual bug report.

Issue Description

1 - Entra Authentication standard deploying for FIDO2 in 2 Tenants.
2 - Run multiple times
3 - Check logs and view template evreything is green
4 - Login to entra and settings remoain blank under Authentication Methods > FIDO2 > Configure > Default Passkey Profile.
