[Feature Request]: Update Room List management to PlacesV3

Please confirm:

• I have searched existing feature requests (open and closed) and found no duplicates.
• **Me or my organization is currently an active sponsor of the product at the $99,- level.

Problem Statement

Currently Room List management uses the old method for adding rooms to Room Finder, however it appears it does not currently work as expected as the new Rooms does not appear in Room Finder.
NB; The issue could also just be for Tenants who have migrated to PlacesV3

Benefits for MSPs

So Admins don't have to use the MicrosoftPlaces module to manage the Places Finder, easier management

Value or Importance

Nice-to-have atleast when its currently added but not working as intended

AFAIK you have to make Building, Floor, Room
Assign Floor to Building
Assign Room to Floor
Assign Space to Room
