[Bug]: Edit Room Location Information values missing

• I can reproduce this issue on the latest released versions of both CIPP and CIPP-API.
• I have searched existing issues (both open and closed) to avoid duplicates.
• I am not requesting general support; this is an actual bug report.

Issue Description

The Room Location Information does not seem to have any values, unsure if entering any values actually edits anything as i manually added the Information in Entra

Don't have a room with "Room Facilities & Equipment" values but it might aswell be affected

I see we are still using Get-Place and Set-Place instead of Get-PlaceV3 and Set-PlaceV3, we might have to migrate as the Get-Place has been removed

getting rooms to work in CIPP is a neverending struggle q.q

The bigger question is, have they finally decided on how to administer them? but why no graaaph
PlacesV3 kinda cool tho, hopefully V3 will stick around for awhile so we just need to add support for new params
