[Feature Request]: admin approval flow for Standards - Remediate

• **Me or my organization is currently an active sponsor of the product at the $99,- level.

Problem Statement

A little bit similar to #317

But not for bulk actions - more on just if a standard has "Remediate", it requires another admin to approve the actual Standard before it gets applied - doesn't have to be approval of the policy inside the standard, but just holds off running the scheduled task for the standard after another engineer has approved it.

Benefits for MSPs

Prevent large scale changes without another pair of eyes

Value or Importance

Standards are great to do one click deployments but also easy to break things
