[Feature Request]: VPP incorrect time format

Please confirm:

• I have searched existing feature requests (open and closed) and found no duplicates.
• **Me or my organization is currently an active sponsor of the product at the $99,- level.

Problem Statement

The VPP Alert appears to ignore time-format as it should appear in DD/MM/YYYY instead it comes back as MM/DD/YYYY (Other alerts such as APNS comes back as DD/MM/YYYY).

Prevent actioning alert on wrong timestamp.
