I'm getting an exit code when trying to run script via NinjaOne RMM. Specifically this not-so-useful information. Has anyone had issues like this?

Exit Code 87 is a Win32 system error code, ERROR_INVALID_PARAMETER.

Do you guys mind sharing what parameters you are passing? Most likely it might be best to go the support route so that you can provide them with all the relevant logs they may need to help troubleshoot further.
