Enable saving to live.jpg during daytime recording

Would it be feasible to extend nighttime saving of most recent image as RMS_data/live.jpg to daytime for a continuous recording camera?

It would be nice to be able to schedule a cron job to sftp the image to an external site every 15 minutes. This would provide good viewing conditions feedback for the meteor camera located at our club's observatory.

Oh - that fits really neatly into another PR I'm working on. It would need a bit reenginerring, but subject to @dvida agreeing, it could be engineered into one piece quite nicely. see pr #821

I think it would just be easier to pick up the latest frame image instead of saving the live file, if frame files are being saved. The difference is that the frame image is only a single frame, versus a stack of 256 frames.

Yes it is relatively easy to find the newest image in the FramesFiles directory.
These images lack the CameraID + Date and Time string in the lower lefthand corner.
Can you point me at the appropriate python code so I can try to insert this into the image before it is uploaded to a local web site?

It seems that a different routine is used to place the date/time stamp in live.jpg, because that stamp appears in the lower lefthand corner, not upper left. Also, it is not clear to me what I'd need to do to convert the .jpg I find in the frames directory to the format needed to pass to RMS/Utils/LiveViewer.py.
