Shell does not have tab autocomplete

Implement tab autocomplete on binaries.

For example, typing 'ca' and pressing tab should print to stdout all binaries starting with ca, including cat, cancel, case, calendar, etc...

Pressing tab repeatedly should let you cycle through those binaries and choose them in your prompt.
