license issue with forge-config-api-port

I noticed that this repository appears to include substantial source code from Fuzss/forge-config-api-port, which is licensed under LGPL-3.0.

At the moment, I could not find clear attribution/compliance materials in this repository (for example: preserved upstream license notices, bundled LGPL-3.0 license text, and explicit third-party attribution in README/NOTICE).

To help ensure license compliance, could you please clarify and/or add:

1. The original copyright and license notices for the imported files
2. A copy of the LGPL-3.0 license in this repository/distribution
3. Clear attribution to upstream project: Fuzss/forge-config-api-port
4. A brief note of modifications made to the imported code (if any)
