Create a home/landing page for a better user experience.

Things to considered before developing

1. Do not change the color, font of the website
2. Do not create a html page, instead create a component inside the pages folder. src > pages > new_page.js
3. Include animations for smooth transition
4. Include the FAQs in the home page.
5. Do not touch public folder
