Separate the generated files under IP address folders for custom network

To create a custom network, quorum-wizard ask for IP addresses and ports to be used.

After that it generates the folders and files under network name like -3-nodes-raft-. However, under that folder, the files to run on different IP addresses and start.sh files are the same as quick setup.

The expected behaviour is to have separate folders for each IP address given.
