Wrong commands in IBFT private network tutorial

Describe the bug

In the section 4 of the "Create a private network using the IBFT consensus protocol" tutorial, the commands in the code snippets are wrong.

In fact, if you follow the tutorial and execute third snippet in section 4, all of your nodes will have the same account, which makes no sense. And the explanation for the first snippet has nothing to do with what the first snippet does.

The commands snippets should be the same as the ones in the section 4 of the QBFT network tutorial. If you execute those commands when setting up the IBFT network, everything works as it should.
