[product-pages] Replace 11 {{TODO}} tutorial stubs with real walkthroughs

The migration PR renames tutorials/ → user-guide/ and keeps the existing files. This issue tracks replacing the {{TODO}} placeholders with real walkthroughs.

Each page should contain

• Goal — one sentence, MKB-direct, what the reader will achieve.
• Prerequisites — one bullet list of what needs to be set up first.
• Steps — numbered, action-driven. Screenshots where the UI is non-obvious.
• Verification — how to know it worked.
• Common issues — known gotchas with the fix.
• Reference — links to the relevant Features/ page or API doc.

Use the openregister user-guide/ pages as a structural template (e.g. openregister/docs/user/).

Acceptance

• No {{TODO}} placeholders remain in any of the 11 pages.
• Each page passes the writing rules in design-system/CLAUDE.md.
• At least one real screenshot per user-track page.

Closed by PR #83 (squash merge 59c43212). The {{TODO}} tutorial stubs were already replaced with real prose upstream in PR #76 (commit 77f2bc7). PR #83 renamed tutorials/ → user-guide/ and cleaned the em-dashes that prose-fill introduced.
