What Changed

File Before After Impact
phpcs.xml OpenCatalogi custom OpenRegister tested ✅ Better consistency
psalm.xml Basic (level 1) Comprehensive (level 4) ✅ Better type checking
psalm-baseline.xml Missing Added ✅ Gradual improvement
.phpqa.yml Same Same ✅ No change needed
phpmd.xml Same Same ✅ No change needed

Testing

To verify the new configurations work:

cd opencatalogi

# Test PHPCS
composer cs:check

# Test Psalm (if installed)
composer psalm

# Test PHPMD
composer phpmd

# Test PHPQA
composer phpqa

Notes

  • Psalm is now more strict (level 4 instead of 1)
  • Psalm baseline allows existing issues to be grandfathered
  • PHPCS rules are now consistent with OpenRegister
  • All configurations support PHP 8.1+
  • Nextcloud integration is properly configured

Status: ✅ Complete
Files Updated: 3 (phpcs.xml, psalm.xml, psalm-baseline.xml)
Files Verified Identical: 3 (.phpqa.yml, phpmd.xml, grumphp.yml)
