chore(nav): adopt three-section nav model + bump nc-vue to beta.97 (#143)

Move "Documentation" and "Features & roadmap" menu items to
section:"footer" so they bottom-pin in the new CnAppNav, and bump
@conduction/nextcloud-vue to 1.0.0-beta.97 (the old bundled CnAppNav
drops section:"footer" items, so the manifest change and dep bump
must land together). Patch-bump app version to 0.3.6.
