Install LaunchPad from Nextcloud admin/app web interface

Story

As a Nextcloud admin, I'd like to be able to install this app from the Apps/Customization section of the Admin web interface, so I can make my users happy.

I can see there's a page for the app in the Nextcloud app store here https://apps.nextcloud.com/apps/mydash

However it doesn't show up in the installation screens. This is true whether I look for MyDash or LaunchPad, whether I use the search or manually scroll through the list. I've also checked other sections such as Dashboard and Organization and it doesn't appear there either.

I can see the app in the app store but I get the following message while trying to download and install:
"Es ist ein Fehler bei der Anfrage aufgetreten. Es kann nicht fortgefahren werden.
Could not resolve OCA\LaunchPad\Migration\Version001000Date20240101000000! Class can not be instantiated"

I'm using Nextcloud v32.0.2 and the app still isn't showing up for me.

The "please do not use it in production environments before 17 June 2026" is still present at https://apps.nextcloud.com/apps/mydash even though that date has come and gone. It looks like there was a release that looks like it was on that exact day, but no indication as to whether it was stable or whether there's an expectation that the app should be installable via the web UI.
