Runtime-manifest (GET /api/manifest) output fails v2 validation against the pinned lib schema — silent fallback to the bundled stub

Audit ref: apps-extra/MANIFEST-AUDIT-2026-07-06.md §8 follow-up (items 3/7/21). Causes: (1) pinned nc-vue b102 schema predates top-level runtime key → additionalProperties reject → useAppManifest keeps the stub, so mydash/OpenBuild introspection never sees per-user dashboards; (2) buildManifest() fills pages[].widgets from placement rows (widgetId/gridX/…) but v2 widgetEntry requires widgetKey — needs a mapping when the pin is bumped; (3) SCHEMA_URL still raw.githubusercontent.com → switch to pinned Codeberg URL. Bundled-stub v2 migration: PR #127.
