Dev instance: wrong schema bound to larpingapp item_schema=22 (QTI not RPG Item)

e2e/Newman surfaced that on the dev instance, larpingapp item_schema=22 resolves to a QTI assessment "Item" schema, not larpingapp's RPG Item schema. Item creation returns HTTP 400 (schema mismatch). This is an INSTANCE DATA / register-binding config issue, not app code. Affects e2e item-create + stat-computation + Newman item CRUD (create 400 -> delete 403). Fix: rebind item_schema to the correct larpingapp Item schema on the dev register. Surfaced during the fleet e2e-verify pass 2026-06-14.
