Reviewed compact multi-account menu layout, Codex/token-account coverage, synchronous hosted-row switching, sibling warmup scheduling, localization, and QuotaKit identity/release boundaries. QuotaKit adaptations added complete Mac catalog translations, localized structured compact constraints, simultaneous stale/error indicators, event-tracking-safe CFRunLoop warmup scheduling, and preserved Columbus Labs branding, release/appcast ownership, CloudKit configuration, UPSTREAM_VERSION, and all build numbers.

Validation: focused changed-surface suites pass; git diff --check, swift build, Mac locale audit, and full lint/localization/branding/provider-palette audits pass. CI run 30699085387 is fully green: lint, Linux x64/ARM64, Linux musl, both macOS shards, and aggregate lint-build-test; iOS correctly skipped because no mobile/shared paths changed.
