feat(readme): lead with the MainQuest cards, add the ability sheet

Moves the character sheet out of the stats section at the bottom and up
under the banner, above the tagline, and adds the new ability card
beside it. Both keep their dark/light picture pairs.

The workflow needed three fixes to produce them at all:

- pinned to @v1.1.0. The floating @v1 tag still points at v1.0.1, which
  predates the ability card entirely.
- `cards: status,abilities` set explicitly rather than relying on the
  default, so the intent is visible in the workflow rather than inherited
  from the action's defaults.
- `git add` matched only `card-*.svg`. The Action would have written both
  ability cards and this step would have left them on the runner.

Dropped `lang: en`: it is documented as RESERVED upstream and the
renderer emits English regardless.

All six SVGs regenerated so the README works on arrival instead of
showing two broken images until the next scheduled run.
