Add maintained Unraid template support

Just quickly put together an Unraid template. Will need to be installed manually as not in the Apps Catalog.

Place on your Flash device under /config/plugins/dockerMan/templates-user then "Add Container" from the Docker page and select the user template "ChannelWatch".

Thanks for putting this together. This is useful for Unraid users.

I cleaned this up into a maintained template as part of v0.8.2:

Main changes from the snippet:

• left CPUset blank so it does not pin the container to one server's CPU layout
• kept /config mapped to /mnt/user/appdata/channelwatch
• kept PUID and PGID for normal Unraid permissions
• added TZ using Docker's standard timezone variable
• filled in the project and support links

Users can keep coderluii/channelwatch:latest, or pin 0.8.2 if they prefer a fixed image.

App configuration still happens in the web UI at port 8501.
