GUI not working

Describe the bug
When using the client GUI, the mouse position does not correlate with the actions performed within the GUI. The mouse is offset from where the user clicks, meaning they are not able to enable the tools.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Install the 26.2 release
Open the GUI
You will see that the GUI is not correctly sized

I'm going to need a little more information to figure out why this happens (OS, GPU, other mods, graphics settings, etc..).

Please try adjusting GUI scale first and let me know if that is the root cause.

I have the same problem on my Mac, but what I do to fix it is click on Video Settings, then go to Fullscreen Mode, and press and hold until Exclusive mode appears, then click Apply, and it solves the problem. However, it's a bit annoying to exit Mac without closing it completely.

Very helpful- whilst I do not have a Mac to test this on, I might be able to solve the problem knowing it is non-exclusive/exclusive fullscreen causing the issue.
