Add Enchantment Cracking and Fish Cracking from clientcommands

I want to use RNG enchanting and RNG fishing from clientcommands, but I don't want other useless features.

Add command .aoba crackrng, .aoba enchant, .aoba fish which works similiar in clientcommands.

RNG fishing is only usable in playing on an older server version <1.20 through ViaFabricPlus
