Close this, those are not trackers. They're necessary params that Discord added to make sure links to files copied outside of Discord expire within 24 hours so that people couldn't host various files (such as malware) on Discord's CDN. If you try to use a link without them, it will not work.

second this. these urls without the parameters work only for like 2 weeks after the message has been posted. the parameters are generated whenever u just click "open original file" and they just renew the cooldown for the next like 2 weeks after the link with parameters has been created
