🚀 Feature Description

Add a visible non-affiliation disclaimer to the app before going live, as required by the Metrolinx API Access and Use Agreement.

💡 Problem Statement

The Metrolinx API ToS (§4) prohibits using GO Transit branding, trademarks, or any design language that implies official affiliation. It also prohibits any suggestion — direct or indirect — that the app is an official GO Transit app.

🎯 Proposed Solution

Add a short disclaimer in the app footer (and/or onboarding screen), such as:

"This app is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by GO Transit or Metrolinx."

Additionally, ensure the visual design (colours, typography, iconography) is clearly distinct from the GO Transit brand.

As a user, I want it to be clear that this is a community-built tool so that I have accurate expectations about support and official status.

📋 Acceptance Criteria

• Non-affiliation disclaimer is visible in the app (footer or onboarding)
• App does not use GO Transit or Metrolinx logos, trademarks, or brand colours
• Visual design is not confusingly similar to the official GO Transit app or website

🎨 Design Considerations

The disclaimer should be unobtrusive but clearly legible — footer placement is appropriate for most screens.
