Documentation is inaccurate

When I rewrote the Itemexchange documentation, apparently three years ago, I wrote "/iec " in two places, to indicate a required parameter of either input or output. Now it seems like the Markdown parser has changed and is causing the <> to be seen as a HTML tag or something and it doesn't show in the text. It's still there in the raw version. This is giving people bad instructions.

Also, "input" and "output" should probably have quotes around them.

At the time I submitted the whole thing to the developer and he put it up. I don't have a Github account.

A different, minor issue: the documentation says "/ies g" is short for "/ies group" but I tried it in-game and "/ies g" doesn't work at all. "/ies group" still does.

Hmm. In programmerland those brackets are just placeholders, but I can see how it would be confusing for folks who don't live in programmerland.

Interestingly Civcraft/ItemExchange.README.md doesn't have this issue. The command is quoted, so I guess it's ignored by the markdown parser.

Should I submit that change in a PR to gmlaxfanatic/ItemExchange?

All PRs should come to the CivCraft forks; gmlaxfanatic doesn't maintain itemexchange any longer, to my understanding.

It might be worth following up with the user who sent that message to modmail. Their links point to gmlaxfanatic's repo. It would be good to find out what sent them there so it can be updated to point here instead.
