- the lore displayed by
/rb should be configurable (eg. server owners may want to disable showing the biome multiplier yet want to still show soil bonus materials)

/rb should show animal breed rates, symbolized by their respective eggs/rb [biome name], available to ops, should show growth rates for a given biome
