Progress bar appears to show number requested, not number completed?

This state should not be possible:

But can happen when we're waiting on the last request only.

Also, the first three can seem to show up in the progress bar instantly, while the network panel indicates that the results haven't been received.

When things are going quickly, this bug really isn't noticeable. But when responses are slow ...

If you're able to download the results while they're still in progress, it will show as an "unhandled server error" for that record(s). But will be correct if you download again once it's finished.
