Edge cases for conflating segments to centreline

Document edge cases and propose solution of how to deal with each edge cases (preferably in an automatic way)

Case 1 : Allen Road at Eglinton

Segments separated the north bound in a very dramatic way, where centreline just draw a "T" shape. What would segment C-B be?

Case 2: Queen's Park

This seems like the case for a super node, where I've drawn the blue circle. But what should I do with the segment_id (A, B, C)<-> centreline matches?

If the three here nodes match to that one intersection_id.

Propose to:

• segment A, B, C will exist only as a network segment, and will not have a matched centreline.
• segment D's centreline look up will extend to the new blue intersection

Case 3: Highways

e.g.: Highway 27 & Belfield road

congestion segments are the colourful ones with 1 red here node, where centreline draws the lines with more spacing and median. which segment should the centreline between A & B match to? randomly to the left or the right one? Or none at all? Is the result being routable important?
