CPM is including the Puppet contract in the default setup. This contract takes a lot of time to download and it's not as important as the other ones.
I suggest that Puppet is removed from the default contracts. Instead, it could be left there as a comment so users can uncomment if they want to use it (the same could be done with other important contracts, like flamingo)
