Provide build instructions for the project

The project does not currently contain any concise instructions or procedures to build and/or package it.

I've been reading the AppImage and PKGBUILD scripts and it seems to loosely drop files? It would be helpful if there were at least a list of what is necessary for packaging.

In my case it's to create a Nix package (not to be published, though), but I'm sure it'd be helpful for would-be contributors as well.

I'll get around to it eventually, I did have them for the 1.2.x and older version but 1.3 changed the build process. At some point soon I want to clean the wiki and also provide this

I have to admit I've never done such a thing or even know how to get involved in nixpkgs, but if that's okay then I could get involved and do that, yes.

Just noticed the requirements.txt. The question I'm having now (looking at packaging it as well) is what's a runtime dependency, which would be at the top of the package file, and which would be a build input/native build input. If you're looking for it, it's src/requirements.txt
