Maybe we can keep this issue open until app.py is really broken appart ? We can also write the list of what needs to be done as a task list and have GitHub showing the completion status with something like this

• identify the different aspects of the app (auth, videos management, books management, music management, commons module...)
• create the subfolders for each one with the models and the blueprints
