Edit save data e.g. medicene items, flags, key items, etc

I feel like a cool edition to this would be to be able to edit your item inventory. I can't say I've noticed the ability to do that so far, but it'd go a long way especially as trying to use PKHeX on linux is very janky.

i believe it would also be very useful to be able to give or take items of the pokemons from pkvault itself to quicker transfer items between pokemons in the box, preferable with it managing the inventory automatically to avoid accidental duplication;cheating, but maybe this is stretching too far
