Confluence configuration is a hassle

Having to locate the correct config file to configure opd-mcp for the correct tool (cline, roo, continue etc) is a hassle. Improve automation to guide the user and ask for an API key, or if the file is already present re-use it when overwriting

Nah it's simpler now that we have a single config file for the mcp server
