License violation: com.forkit.randomrestaurant on Google Play

Logging a license and copyright violation for the public record.

A Google Play listing at com.forkit.randomrestaurant ships a near-verbatim clone of ForkIt and runs Google ads (commercial use). This repository is licensed under PolyForm Noncommercial 1.0.0, which prohibits commercial use. No license was granted to the operator of com.forkit.randomrestaurant, and the copying extends to original creative material (name, tagline, UI copy, logo concept) that is not licensed under PolyForm at all.

A complaint was filed with Google on 2026-04-28 (case 7-4187000041106) covering both copyright and trademark claims.
