Mailchimp Setup Instructions

Follow these steps to connect Mailchimp to your NilPay waitlist form.

Step 1: Create Mailchimp Account

1. Go to https://mailchimp.com/
2. Click Sign Up (top right)
3. Enter your email and create password
4. Complete verification
5. Create a new account (select "I'm a new user")

Step 2: Create Your First Audience (Mailing List)

1. In Mailchimp dashboard, click Audience (left sidebar)
2. Click Create Audience
3. Fill in details:
   • Audience name: NilPay Waitlist
   • Company name: NilPay
   • Website: https://chap-malok.github.io/nilpay
   • Industry: Technology
   • From email: noreply@nilpay.com (or your email)
4. Click Create Audience

Step 3: Get Your Form Embed Code

1. In Mailchimp, go to Audience → Manage Audience → Signup Forms → Signup Forms
2. Click Embedded Forms
3. Click the form (should be one created by default)
4. Copy the embed code

Step 4: Update Your Landing Page

I will:

1. Replace the current form with Mailchimp's embedded form
2. Keep your existing styling
3. Add a thank you message

Your Mailchimp form will be live and working immediately!

What Happens When Someone Joins:

1. User enters email → submits form
2. Mailchimp captures the email automatically
3. Email appears in your Mailchimp Audience
4. You can send campaigns and automations to them
5. They get a confirmation email (optional)

Next Steps (After Integration):

• Send Welcome Email: Create an automation that sends a welcome message
• Send Announcements: Build your mailing list and launch NilPay with full waitlist
• Track Opens/Clicks: See who's engaged with your emails
• Segment Users: Create custom groups based on interests
