Run custom commands in response to combat tag

Describe the solution you'd like
It would be cool if this plugin could allow us to run a list of commands in response to combat tag enable/disable.

Example use case:

• When a player's combat tag is enabled:
  /replay record start %ign%
• When a player's combat tag is disabled:
  /replay record stop %ign%

Naturally this also means it should allow placeholders if implemented, otherwise there's not a real point to having it.

Well this is already a feature on the premium version, called commands on tag and untag.
I could possibly port it here though
