How to prepare the files needed for bias correction?

Congrats to your great work. Previously, I used danbing-tk to identify VNTRs, and your new bias correction seems great.

I found your scripts under the folder bias_correction. However, I have no clues on preparing the files needed for this step. Could you give me some guides about converting the outputs of danbing-tk to the input files needed for bias correction?
