Fix broken links

As the group @CartoDB/dc-managers has no members, I think it can be done via the front end RT (it doesn't need to be done everything at once). Let me know if you have any doubts about it

Just to know if there's any update related to this issue, as it seems it has been in the backlog for a while. As I guess RT doesn't have enough bandwidth right now, maybe we should rethink this and try to do it in another way?

@albertoac There is no frontend engineer in RT and frontend team don't have enough bandwidth.

@pablomoniz Maybe we could merge this work with the one that we're doing for the Help Center?

Hi!

We already fix them in a first round (I believe is this one).

There was a second round but is on-hold now since we're going to change (probably) lots of things/structure of the Help Center.

This is different, as this issue is regarding the developers center. As far as I know what you did was related exclusively to the help center, is that right?
