New GDSCTools version 1.1

The current version of gdsctools is out-dated. Let us move on to a new version wit the following improvements. The development is currently done in the dev branch :

• deprecation warnings (np.bool, scipy.arange, scipy.argsort, scipy.zeros_like).
• CI action
• get rid of biokit dependencies (only an import for now that is withitn the Extra class
• remove pinned version on statsmodels, pandas, etc
• add the missing openxl
• allow cosmid ID to be strings
• fix easydev warning / deprecated
