As a course staff, I want to endorse answers and label them as endorsed by instructor, so students can see good answers.

• Easy feedback and answering questions

Effort(1 is lowest, 5 is highest): 3
-Adding a tag/label in necessary places

Acceptance Criteria:

• Button for course staff to endorse a comment or post

• Students can see the endorsed label

• Students can filter for posts that have been endorsed by course staff

• Course staff can easily get rid of label
