This is more a feature request, would it be possible to add a parameter that takes a region file and use that to mask where to do rmsynthesis/cleaning? The downside of this approach is that the output cubes are still very large and filled with nans. What is the best approach at this point? Probably cutting the initial Q/U cubes?
