add a time server in chrony to get acuracy time for the HTTPS connection

Whenever we don't have GNSS coverage, chrony is unable to converge to a proper time, and this creates HTTPS errors du to the bad date/time. Find an alternative time source to avoid this. Adding a secondary time server in chrony may alleviate this, we'd need to check if this would create problems when no network connectivity is available
