The GCF Preparation Facility review page now has a GCA alignment tab (AAA Atlas GCA use-case + GCA feedback + overlap table + SharePoint source-doc annex). Both GCA and AoW1 support adaptation-finance proposal development.
Open decision: does GCA become its own CDH use-case (own folder + BRIEF.md), or stay a workstream/tab of the GCF Preparation Facility? Depends on CACC4 (technical assistance to countries/IFIs/MDBs) scoping.
