Path prefix and currency unit (nominal USD 2021 vs international $ 2015) both differ. Flagged NOT-YET-S3-VERIFIED on the GCF review page Data tab / Theme 3.
Action: run aws s3 ls on both prefixes to confirm which the notebook actually consumes, then correct the 'Present in Hub/Atlas' claim (and currency) on the review page + evidence log accordingly.
